Please note that this is our own home and we make the rental arrangements rather than a rental agency in order to serve you best.

**$300 Refundable Damage Deposit and state hotel taxes and $100 cleaning fee not included.

1. You may book your weekly rental as follows.

Saturday to Saturday Rentals - From May 27th, 2006 to September 23rd, 2006 reservations on our unit runs from Saturday to Saturday. 

Partial Week Rentals -- Available during the off season WITH A THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM --  checking in on any day EXCEPT Sunday. During Holiday periods a weekly rental is required.

2. The security deposit is due to hold your reservation on our calendar.  The full balance, including taxes and cleaning fee is due two weeks prior to your check-in date.

3. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee for our unit.

4. Security deposits will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days of checkout.

5. Reservation deposit is refunded if cancelled IN WRITING 21 (twenty-one) days prior to check-in date.

6. Absolutely NO PETS & NO SMOKING are allowed.

7. Should more people occupy the house than the maximum capacity allowed in the house, occupancy will be terminated with no refund.

8. Families only. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES. If a house party is held, occupancy will be terminated with no refund.

9. The unit has heat, air conditioning, Cable TV, and telephone.

10. Utilities, pots, dishes, and flatware are furnished in the unit; Sheets, blankets, and some paper products ARE provided. Beach towels, dish and laundry detergent ARE NOT provided unless left by prior guests.

11. Our agent reserves the right to refuse admittance and/or discontinue occupancy if, in agent's opinion, such action is in the best interest of the property owner.

12. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

13. Garbage pick up is on Monday and Thursday mornings by 7 a.m.
